your last post itt about the game is that you haven’t even done anything yet lol, now you’ve already finished and rated it? Damn
nah i'm lvl 36 now and it's great but i'm almost done (based on a spoiler i saw) and really it's a lot shorter than i expected and with a lot less enemies/boss fights than i hoped for
Elden Ring's world design and size, lore and enemies and overall RPG progression is just better imo
the fact that this wasn’t included from the jump
What were they thinking lmfao
another reason why it loses a bit of LOVE from me and same with Hogwarts and Jedi Survivor
sure they may run and play great now but at launch and for the first 90 days them s***s were not as smooth and bug free as they ended up after some months
Elden Ring launched a lot better it is what it is u kno
how the f*** are you supposed to fight a drake smh, dude just casts an instakill meteor on my entire party over and over, even if I use wake stones it’s not enough
Just dash away from it when it casts the meteors I rarely get hit by them, same strategy when it calls lightning. The telegraph for those spells are clear as day so just start running
Thief maester skill is definitely a cheat code though, basically lets me revive my pawns without worrying about getting hit.
S*** realy works right now
Take an ox cart to the next town
Get interrupted half way by a raid of enemies who destroy the ox cart
Now you’re just stuck in the middle of nowhere in the dead of night
10/10

Why do y’all say this? You can finish Elden Ring on a blind play through in 25-30 hours as well. Is it also a short game? My first play through took 46 hours. And I play these games slow. I didn’t bother exploring off the beaten path too much. It’s the exact same thing in a game like this if you stick to the MSQ.

Yeah you hit the nail on the head. Elden ring and this game can both be 30 hour or 100+ hour games depending on if you explore all the dungeons, do all the quests, etc.

there's no way most people are beating Elden Ring in 25 hours blind
the world is literally objectively larger with more things to do in it
there are more types of enemies
there are more weapons

That’s not what he said lol
Most people aren’t going to stick to the main quest and avoid exploring
He’s just saying both games can be completed quickly if you ignore exploring and just stick to the msq, but they’re still both capable of having 100+ hours of stuff to do if you fully explore

but he did say u can beat Elden Ring in 25 hours blind
and my original point was
Elden Ring's main story path is longer than this game's main story path
Ranni's side quest and Sellen's side quests run longer than any of the ones in DD2
and the world is bigger with more enemies
it's okay that some people like Elden Ring more regardless of how diff the games are

Elden ring barely even has a main story, this game has like 30x as many cutscenes and actual story. Most of elden rings story is in reading the descriptions of items
If you just follow the grace and kill the bosses you can complete the game quickly probably 30-40 hours
This game has twice as many quests as elden ring lol, and a lot of them are really long, like the “game of wits”
This world is really big when you consider there’s 50 dungeons and a lot of them take 30 minutes to fully explore
I’ve died more falling from heights than combat
From being knocked off/lifted by enemies or are you just a klutz
Stuck on the quest to retrace your steps back to your first seeker stone the devs are cruel

Luckily I found my first one in the cave right before the sphinx.
I only imagine how difficult that is for other people and the sphinx only gives you what? Like 7 days?

Damn you won
I wish I had found the sphinx earlier. I’m almost 50 hours in and I’ve found dozens of seeker stones

lol sprinting around cliff edges trying to platform and find secrets. Also doesn’t help the loot and sprint button are the same ☠️
alright man i’m not enjoying my time at all right now the fact you can’t heal unless at a camp is so stupid like im legit on zero health and surrounded by enemies as soon as i die and respond i die again

That's why it's super important to have a mage so you can always have a healer.
Also I think you can drink potions outside of battle
I struggled a lot in the early game but once I got some high level pawns and had a good team I was fine.
