WeezyFthuggabro people really didn't like CLB like that?
It wasn't Views or anything but it was an extremely solid and well put-together vanilla Drake album before he gave us 2 wild stylistic changes.
Aside from the cover, I f***ed with it
most of the album was just like... a less good version of other drake music lol. It's Drake so it was still fire and had a good amount of great songs on there, but most of the album didn't really do it for me tbh

putting both on equal footing might have been setting up 21 to fail cus he is supposed to play support on here like Jay Z on Jay Elec's record a few years back
21 did great though, none of his contributions felt like a waste of time and added to the songs
I dunno it's different when a rapper like Hov wants to Cuban Linx your album & 21 playing assist to the star. The way the album was packaged & advertised to us made me really think it'd be more equal
