And if he plans to tour in 2023, I don’t think he’d release another full length project before that. That’d be five projects worth of new music he’d have to perform on the tour, plus his old material:

No but it’s common knowledge that a tour is to promote recent material (unless it’s a legacy act like an older rock band).
