Both of those are unpopular opinions
The general consensus of the culture is the opposite
Lmao who are you? The culture? Hate it when people pass their lame opinions as facts.
According to the numbers seems like drake has the consensus. Pretty sure take care still charting way higher than gkmc so there's your consensus you yuppy.
You think itās about 21?
I think so. Two songs later on P**** & Millions drake says āIām reppinā 4L with my twinny, so treacherous introduce yāall to the leaderā

You think he singing to 21 like that Viet?
I hope so
Whippinā the Vespa off 6 tequilas,
Big Benjaminās like the Pittsburgh Steelers, Drake, you got it,
Robert Kraft sent the jet for us that s*** was patriotic,
you would think we live in Baltimore the way they ravinā about the latest product
I kinda agree. He is by far my favourite artist but to me he has no perfect 10/10 album
same heās my third fav and heās never gotten it fully right!
Her Loss has no filler. HN is polarising but it isnāt bloated and doesnāt have filler.
Scorpion and CLB are fair to call bloated.
Do you also understand that music is subjective and because you personally donāt like a track doesnāt mean itās automatically fat to be trimmed. Maybe your taste kinda trash low key lol
Woahhh yeah it was just my opinion! Donāt take it personal! Manā¦

Stfu stan you sound like a hoe
Anybody who has consumed Hip-Hop culture over the past 10 years knows how unanimously revered MBDTF & GKMC are and also knows Drake doesnāt have an album that gets that level of unanimous acclaim
We all love Drake and Her Loss a classic biut you aināt gotta get all bent out of shape because you the only one who wants to replace your mouthwash with Adonis future siblings
Spin Bout U is a special record. One of the ones that will be remembered years down the lane (Her Loss a classic btw)
The beat and when Drake sings the hook
It reaches a special place for me. This song is f***ing incredible
You think itās about 21?
Yes and no. 21's verse is about a woman and certain bars in Drake's verse as well are about a woman.
I'm ready to have the conversation about Drake's run/legacy/dominance whenever y'all are ready.

Is there even a discussion? Heās the š.

It's definitely worth discussing because there's a lot to talk about.
Crazy that there isn't a single miss on here. The only song I was kinda iffy about was Treacherous Twins and that's grown a lot on me the last few days.

Quality aside, the run is actually insane.
13 straight years as the biggest rapper in the world is ridiculous
You think itās about 21?
Itās just dawning on me nowā¦..is Treacherous Twins about a male??? I initially thought it was about that Drake has romantic relations with
It's definitely worth discussing because there's a lot to talk about.
Haha I agree. I mean, I think the discussion starts with consistency. You have āthe big threeā that everyone considers the agenda pushers of his peers, but he is the only one consistently feeding his fans and even challenging some fans by dropping music that doesnāt align with the ānormalā drake song, or however people are defining that lol. I think itās now Drake as a clear leader and no longer really a ābig threeā (all respect to J Cole and Kendrick).
Not to mention how dynamic he is as an artist. I said it earlier in this thread, but dropping Honestly Nevermind and then Her Loss in the same year is a next level flex and displays how impressive his pen, delivery, flow, etc is.
His business acumen is completely insane and everyone that works with him has nothing but good things to say about him as a person as well as his work ethic. People seem to forget how many features he has done to throw people looks in the recent years which shows his investment in the culture/hip hop is not even close to matched.
