ok I will give you that one & agree that Drake recently has a habit of slapping additional tracks on his albums that really seem like the ones he would only put out as potential single bait but even those songs aren't really Trash to me, Just non essential. I think there's nothing wrong with making fun songs that could go off in the car, in the clubs, etc. But he doesn't need those singles on his albums if you ask me

I don't think I got examples like that but I like new Drake alot, he seems very comfortable in rapping and is not putting on a big boy voice like on 6 God that whole era and before
My favorite album is Nothing Was the Same so I don't know what I'm talking about
But when it comes to him RAPPING, I like the stuff 2017 and forward

To me he just seems more comfortable when he rapping now kind of like Hov does where he just talking
His rap songs are good but I do feel like there’s less passion in his voice. He sounded hungrier on tracks from before. I’ve been a fan of Drake since 08 btw. I think after More Life, he’s kind of let outside influences determine how his projects will come out whereas before he locked in and shut out any that noise.
Granted there’s some moments of greatness (Race My Mind, N2Deep, Lemon Pepper, Chicago, Sticky, Flight’s Booked, etc) The projects just don’t hit anymore as a whole

tbh i don't think he is. I see nothing wrong with his frequent drops, if anything it just shows that he's in a great creative space and feels compelled to make and release new music. We say this stuff now about 'oversaturation' but I'd rather have this than the alternative. Drake just turned 36. It probably won't be long before he gradually has less and less to do with music and he just steps away from the game. Why not try to enjoy the music he's making rn while we have it?
