It’s a good thing - the marketing just feels similar. Idk if it’s just me, but it seems like drake only moves in ways that his core fanbase will appreciate and it confuses everyone else (the vogue magazine cover, the Apollo shows, random night owl sound snippets of songs/album updates, Sound 42 radio m, etc.) Which creates this exclusive feeling to being a fan (or maybe I’m making all this up in my head) lol.

if there's a Table For One episode, he might play some unreleased Drake vocals, there might be some Scary Hours 3 talk, and we would get to have Drizzy play us some fire songs that we would never even find on our own otherwise
also it's so crazy to think that Thursday night is gonna be the equivalent of hearing WATTBA for the first time. it's even better than that for me cuz 21 Savage is in my top 3 most played artists on last.fm
the only better artist than 21 Savage that Drake could've picked to do a collab album with is Carti
also this album announcement was really cool cuz man i did not see this coming at all

WATTBA drop was such an iconic drop on OVOSR. Was past midnight (or maybe even 1 am here can’t remember).
Them dropping that full project of unheard tracks during a period where both were just on an insane run, was something else.
