Not hearing great news about this tour. I did hear it isn’t completely canceled yet but it’s definite on hold.

Got a friend who is an Atlanta DJ that was excited to do some opening work for this and he said that he was told it’s on hold for reasons not known (whatever that means))

I care bc its not accurate to say Drake is in the best condition ever when he gets injuries like that seemingly at random. As you get older, its not easier to do athletic stuff, it gets harder. no matter how much you exercise it doesn't mean you won't get hurt.

If this is cancelled there's 100% a weird reason he isn't doing these shows. Apollo being moved twice was weird enough but it's now been 5-6 years of no tour whilst every other artist is doing em. S*** isn't adding up

I'd bet on Drake having performance anxiety, he doesn't even pop up at other people's shows anywhere near as much as he used to

when i saw paul mccartney at metlife last year, that one show grossed $13million. $13million!!! that means paul walked away with at least $10m after his guarantee and bonus.

when paul played barclays in 2013, it grossed $2.5million.

drake could easily score $8-$10m per show in stadiums, and that’s if he wanted to keep prices down.

my bet would be he either booked the shows too late/couldn’t construct the stage in time

or he doesn’t want to perform.

he could deadass run around on the open football field with the stadium jumbotrons for visuals and it would still sell like crazy
