It was a great set, loved hearing Jungle and Feel No Ways live, was belting my lungs out from the 200 section hahaha

21 had a good mini set too, tho i only knew Rockstar/ a lot (would've loved to have heard Rich Ni--a S***)

Loved the HN tracks (Sticky, Massive) but was disappointed that crowd wasn't really feeling them that much, those songs deserve the same energy as Jimmy Cooks and Rich Flex imo

Wish Drake knew more of the lyrics to Legend at the end of his set also, he kinda just started vocally riffing after like the first 6 bars

Really liked the stage setup at the beginning when he was rapping Look What You've done next to his (deepfaked?) child self on the couch a very humbling/nostalgic contrast to him walking down the stands of the arena ||, some of the later figures were kinda out of pocket though like the || giant CLB pregnant emoji or the wiggling sperm cell lmaooo

Had a moment with complete strangers around me when Drake told the crowd to compliment people around you, told these girls that they looked stunning tn and clinked drinks with a dude in front of me

Yeah would see again tho preferably with cheaper nosebleed seats but hey at least i've seen him live now, nah fr, i legit was starstruck when i saw him going down the stands and being like "Holy s***, that's Drake"

TL;DR Drake is a good performer, some great stage effects, also some very Drake stage effects, good crowd, wish they got turnt more for certain songs but w/e

She wasn't complaining because the songs don't sound like the recording. She's complaining because Drake isn't even really PERFORMING.

During the concert, the DJ just plays the music with Drake's vocals still on them and the crowd sings a long.

Drake himself adds very little to the actual show experience.

It's kind of embarrassing (I went to one of the shows on this tour). He doesn't even remember half of his own lyrics and his live singing voice is God-awful

Well, you don't know who she was talking about and you jumped to make assumptions as to what that person actually meant. Sucks for you if you had a bad experience but most other people seem to have had a great time at the shows.

I saw tons of videos of different dates showing exactly what she was complaining about . I went to the SF show on 8/18 and it was a fun time forsure but nowhere near as good of a performance than his older shows. It was exactly how that user described it

This tour is getting a ton of praise and as someone who’s seen Drake live multiple times it didn’t really make sense until I realized it’s been 5 years since his last tour. It’s a whole generation of fans who never seen him live until this tour. If this was my first Drake show I’d think it was simply amazing with no complaints too. Was still a good time.
