this isn't true...I'm in the northeast and have had no issues with them on multiple orders. I think you just made an order that violated their terms of only being able to get one of each SKU.

I think the issue was that only one piece of clothing was allowed. So either one hoodie or pants. Like when I ordered I only ordered one pair of socks. The cart quantity can only be 1.
