you can send an email to their official CS to verify that it's a legitimate request.

it's legit. They knew my order number and the email came from cs@​nocta.com.

I didn't email them first or post my W on any socials. Scam is unlikely.

I assume it's bc my quick checkout put the second half of my address where the apartment number is supposed to be.
