vividly remember niggas tryna discredit his contribution to that wave especially when drake took him off of sweeterman lmao

him signing to OVO would have been mutually beneficial to him and that label having someone young and with a personality to be more in the spotlight than PND or majid

TBH , ovo has plenty talent and i love them but all of them lack Rammy personality and funny vibe, people love that s***, just like how 69 got huge actually. Ramz legit could be a superstar with proper label support.

Glad to see my man Ramz getting the recognition he deserves. Boy literally was making serious waves and to this day he is still a meme musician in the eyes of some.

    He an actual goat.

“Drake can’t make anybody on OVO Sound pop” -Y’all

“Drake would’ve made Ramriddlz pop if he featured him on one song” -also Yall

    lol both statements are tru.

Drake is why Blocboy n Lil Baby popped off like they did.

    OVO still a sweatshop

Pray that Drake's finished Sweeterman remix ends up on another tape of demos. I need that on streaming.

crazy that a random egyptian kid from sauga managed to influence one of the biggest trends of mid 2010s pop and hip hop

I see this theme on ktt where most people can’t distinguish between creativity and execution.

Those are two very different things. IMO, it’s why Makonnen never popped for real. He has about 10 songs with true potential and the rest of his catalogue is amateur garbage.

That bodmon song is f***ing cringe. But you can see the vibe in the beat and his flow. Drake has a knack for seeing that.

Drizzy lowkey did him dirty by remxing his Sweeterman song but not giving him a proper feature lol. He took the whole song and made it his, with no Ramriddlz vocals. Coulda blew up if he did.

I thought his remix never officially released?
