still a great song but a bit disappointing to me - the fact that march 14 and do not disturb were the outros for his previous albums makes it hard though, both are incredible

I think this is what CLB was going to sound like before the 2020 leaks.. that was some hard ass rapping. He was totally looking for #s with the version of CLB he dropped.

May 10, 2023People say things like “Why wouldn’t Drake put this on his album?” Over so and so other song but it really could come down to just not getting a sample cleared
Same thing with Vital. We really don’t know

Well I’m just talking about from a sound perspective. His bars are always on point. But also, when I stop and think, he just did it a different way and still had success. So really it’s probably just personal preference of mine.
