Context for leaks can vary but these just leaked because the original owner of the leaks (who we can only speculate how he acquired the files) sold them to multiple people. When you sell a song to multiple people, it loses its value because any one of those buyers could leak it and then you've just spent X amount of money on a song that someone else posted publicly.
But no, none of these will cause any commotion because they're not upcoming album material or even close. A scrapped demo of a song already on CLB, a scrapped Carter V song (recorded at least 5 years ago), a reference track / demo for an already released Beyoncé song, and a random PND collab that's 8 years old
