While Dark Lanes and Take Care are amazing covers I think I get what you mean.

It's something about Drake himself aesthetically (cause he's always mostly the focus of his covers) that give the covers a bit of a like cheesy vibe in a way.

def not 3/14 on good albums but he would be respected alot more if his albums were less bloated and more consistent in theme.

drake has tons of amazing songs but usually they are scattered across albums as deep cuts instead of coming from one album as a whole.

i cant really listen to drake albums front to back like i can with other artists
