Drake had smoke for everyone until it came to Future then he wanted to be all timid and s***
Drake wasnt being timid, he was doing what future should have done which is using his adult brain and acknowledging that their problem was not that big of a deal and that they could eventually work through it like grown ups lol

I think people overstate the "conspiring to take down Drake" element of it. Future had one verse going at him and had the Kendrick verse, that was it until whatever happened between Ross and Drake happened but that was independent and I still don't know exactly how that went down lol

I think its a bit overstated but I also think there had to be dialogue about the overall plan. Weeknd/Ross being on that album + Rocky on the second one wasnt just coincidence, Metro planned that and I doubt he just wasnt mentioning it to Future. There was certainly conversations to the effect of “were getting all the guys who hate drake on your album”
