I’m probably wrong but I don’t see any of these songs locking up the summer like a “one dance”
my eyes are opened to the character he plays now, regardless I do like this album
You need to develop a serious heroin addiction to enjoy this album.
It’s been 12 hours tho people aren’t even giving it a chance
People say they music heads but they really not tho
They consumers that want a predictable product that easily fits into their lives
They don’t want art
I’ve seen it happen with so many artist I love
Tyler album, Weeknd album, Kendrick album, and now Drake
I’m just sick of it
True
But you should keep that same energy for overly positive reviews as well then or there’s a clear bias
@JR This more Mood Ring type vibes lmao
Massive decent instrumental but where are the melodies? Where'd they go? Have yet to hear an undeniable, vintage drake melody and am now more than half way through album. Its like hes sleep walking through these songs just filling them in with uninspired singing. Controlla, One Dance, Passionfruit etc... all had catchy ass melodies. Just haven't heard any of those on here yet. And this the one y'all praising the most
Spoiler: There aint catchy melodies on this album

Eh I think he chose not to make straightforward pop music here but I hear you

It is missing those earworm melodies that he's so good at doing.
Sticky sounds like a song that'd be playing if you're arguing with your girl outside the club

don't necessarily disagree, but still so early.
