Kendrick's last album was such a non event
honestly im too embarrassed to talk about it
This took place back a few months ago a little before Seven Days dropped & my friend finally let me tell the story..
My friend works at a pretty lowkey yet fairly popular restaurant in LA. For privacy I will not be disclosing the name of the eatery.
One morning PartyNextDoor and crew walk in, it was like 9 in the morning, my friend instantly recognized Party since her roommate is big on him. She said the crew consisted of a bunch of 2 big black dudes, a girl & some random white guy who looked like Shaggy from Scooby Doo (Murda Beatz).
She greeted and directed them to a table near the window. "We want the corner table." Party said, but there was already a group of people there so my friend said they can't do that. Party then said, "Fine but we'd like the blinds closed." So she closed the blinds and seated them. She asked drinks & everyone said water, coke, coffee, etc. Party requested near boiling hot water.
My friend comes back a little bit later and asked if everyone was ready to order, she turned to Party first since he was the closest and this * held his hand up like he was telling her to wait while he was gargling the boiling hot water. She was really puzzled & turned to the man sitting across from Party & asked if he was ready. The man said no & pointed to Party, everyone was just kind of watching Party gargle boiling hot water for like 15 seconds, my friend just looked at him like
.
He finally swallowed and said, "I'd like the Chicken salad but please seperate the chicken from the salad." "Like put the chicken just on the side of the plate?" My friend asked & Party said "No put the chicken in a different bowl." My friend was kind of confused but said okay and went on to take everyone else's orders. (All completely normal btw, eggs, waffles, etc).
Everyone was eating & my friend came by to see if it was all good, everyone said yes, as she was walking away she heard a whistle & turned around, there was Party looking at her & he flashed that handsign he always does. She went over & he asked for more boiling hot water.
When the check came, (note at this point Party ate all the chicken and left the salad untouched.)
Party paid for everyone. He also left $10 in toonies as a tip.
