Because it is a pretty low rent, sloppy album and Drake is a limited vocalist. But idk, I never thought Drake would make a listenable album again period. I can just nod my head to this, get lost in the groove, wait for those meme vocal lines. It's pleasant. Defending it critically is an intellectual activity. Listening to it doesn't have to be.
