CLB is by far the safest album in his discography. “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” type energy. Which I’ve never really minded so long as the music was good. It’s not the worst album I’ve ever heard or anything but there’s just nothing remotely special about it. I don’t need this nigga to reinvent the wheel or something but I’m really hoping this one has a little bit more sauce to it.
