The ad is too obvious now

Kinda surprised if he is getting paid to advertise them. He’s always kinda prided himself on not doing that kinda stuff

Didn’t mean gambling, I meant shameless promotion of something like this. Aside from Nike and sprite (which were more formal partnerships) has he ever done a sponsorship like this?

All he's doing is posting on his IG. He's not tagging them or asking anyone to bet. There's nothing "shameless" about it. It only counts as promo because it's Drake and everyone has a vested interest in any and everything he posts.

Heres what I think happened. He was just randomly gambling and posted on insta, then they reached out to him to advertise. But the thing is, if he is advertising, he needs to legally disclose it.

It doesn't even feel like advertising to me. Drake is the kind of guy who overdoes it when he's into something.

When he was on his Chrome Hearts vibe, that's all he wore and posted about. When he was on his Stone Island vibe, that's all he wore and posted about. When he found that patty place in Toronto, he posted about them and gave them free promo. That's just what he does.

He usually gambles in Vegas but for some reason, he's not there now and this is the next best alternative for him. He's clearly losing as well but he can show when he wins when using a computer to gamble and he's doing just that. He probably prefers this to in-person gambling at this point because he can do other s*** at the same time and that's why he's so into it. It really isn't as deep as some people are making it out to be.

Eventually, he'll stop posting about it like he does with everything else and he'll move on to something else.

They're seem like a small company. They're not even verified on social media platforms lol. Drake would have definitely gone somewhere a lot bigger and with a bigger name and brand if he wanted an official sponsorship and I doubt Future would even let him officially be an ambassador for a betting company just off the optics. It really does feel like this is just his latest obsession and everyone is reading too deeply into it. I might be wrong but that's what it feels like to me.

But yeah, for Drake's sake, I really hope Odell and the Rams win the Super Bowl because that's almost $1.5M lost if he doesn't

I mean, as far as we know, he isn't an ambassador or anything. He's just placing bets and posting about them. That changes if he's tagging them/telling other people to place bets/comes out as an ambassador of any kind.

Drake is worth hundreds of millions of dollars and he's placing hundreds of thousands/a few millions on bets to have fun. If you try to use your hard-earned money to bet as well, that's on you. Drake can make back any money he loses in less than a day, you can't, so don't do what he does, I guess lol.

Even without that, only God knows all the pots he has his hands him that pay him weekly/monthly/quarterly/bi-annually. At this point, that man probably averages at least $30-50M per year without doing anything.

That's why I don't get some people being so worried lmao. Drake most likely has everything he could want that money can buy. He doesn't want for anything and he keeps making money everyday.

Rich people are generally bored because they don't know what to do with their money. Placing bets is a way for them to entertain themselves with money they have no use for.

I'd be worried if he was placing $10/$20/$30M bets. That's a sign of someone being a degenerate. But him placing $500K-1M on bets - money he can spend at strip clubs or use to change the lifestyle of one of his hoes — clearly means nothing to him, or at least not nearly as much as it might mean to the average person. Let the man have his fun.
