Toronto is still pretty shut down, correct? Not sure how Los Angeles is but in New Orleans we’re pretty opened up, maybe primarily switching to an area with more nightlife for a while or something.

I don't doubt he might be able to do that. I'm more so speaking on him ever truly utilizing the house and him buying a house that big in LA when he spends most of his time in Toronto and doesn't have a huge family.

I doubt it's just an investment property. Didn't the article say he'd been looking for a property in LA since last year or so? He might have plans to sell the YOLO mansion after copping this.
But then again, maybe he has plans to flip the house or rent it out as an AirBNB, who knows? I doubt that, though.

Maybe it's just the picture but the house looks really dated. I wonder why he didn't settle for something much better since he'll be spending that much money on it.
It's also weird to me that celebs who aren't married with kids stay buying ridiculously massive house they couldn't possibly use by themselves. The Weeknd has done that with his last few real estate purchases.
Drake having 3 massive houses when it's pretty much just him and Adonis who might live in them sounds dumb to me but like someone else said, it ain't my money. If he likes it, I love it.
