Bro decided against taking a plea deal that woulda been like 4 years and took it to trial. In addition bro never really spoke/defended himself by saying it wasn’t him but Kelsey that did it. Along with (if I recall the judge put it) his reputation in the past of violent offenses (including when he pulled the gun out on Dax)
