From what I hear they're hiring minorities as a priority these days, which isnt bad per say but to say that white people have an advantage in getting hired i don't think that's true
Just having an ethnic sounding name makes it less likely for you to get a call back or interview. It’s why so many Chinese immigrants anglicize their name when they come for school and work
