Racism is also an ideology and a pseudo-scientific theory. So when a black guy’s discourse revolves around the idea that white people are inferior, he’s being racist because his ideology and worldview are. It’s not hard to understand.
It’s like being a fascist in Soviet Russia: you don’t benefit from it but on an ideological and “philosophical” level, your worldview is based upon the idea that fascism is superior and communists should disappear.
