Not sure why some people don't like this. Addressed the accusations, called Kendrick out for not doing the same, called him out for lying. Yes he didn't drop any bombshells but did he have to? What allegations has Kendrick made now that he hasn't addressed? I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped one more.

This track is like the third act of Oppenheimer. Not Like Us is a hit, dude basically danced on his W. This feels low energy in comparison. Necessary, but nothing he could have dropped would have popped hard. Hopefully he has something with some bounce to drop to get his momentum back up. All the tea is out there atp

I agree but if you are Drake, and assuing everything he's said is true, do you really want to make a high energy track (with a purpose to get played in clubs etc) where you sound happy and celebratory about the fact he abused his wife? Espesically when you are responding to false and disgusting allegations made seemingly fueled by someone's own trauma. To me Not Like Us was a bit weird because of that.

This isn't hiding a kid, your wife leaving you, or a bad record deal, this is just really s***ty stuff that has real victims who aren't directly involved. If Kendrick comes out again with another vicious track maybe that changes but I don't know.

I think it's normal (and probably good) he sounded that way.

Every time Drake has dropped I think finally some people will give him some credit, and then I log on to Twitter and see the craziest and worst takes ever. I know people hate Drake (and to a lesser degree love Kendrick), but the strength of those feelings still surprises me.

"He actaully made a song about denying the pedo allegations". ignoring 80% of the song, sure, yes. Let's critize him for being a pedo based on no proof, and then let's also critize him for denying it. People want it to be true, want underage children to have actaully gone through terrible things that will haunt them forever. But no, he's the bad guy!

And of course, let's ignore the allegations Drake has made that Kendrick hasn't addressed!
