If the claims in the case are true and UMG did intentionally f*** with Drake to lower his contract value by using the beef to their advantage then this is a good thing and anyone arguing against it has poor reading comprehension.

I don’t think the case is “was NLU defamatory” it’s “did UMG push that song more than they usually would knowing it would hurt Drake” but maybe I’m misunderstanding it after reading some of it.

But to say that “UMG pushed a song that hurts Drake” they also have to show why the song hurts Drake so obviously they have to reference the lyrics album cover etc.
