    Who kojo?

He has documents relating to the promotion of NLU and he's literally hiding from every means of being served, to the point where they spent 75k on private investigators to follow him around and confirm his whereabouts, interviewed people and even watched his car.

If they doing all that for him that makes me wonder who else they're watching. That whole Dot side gotta move a certain way right now cause them federal eyes are on them

Really interesting. Not much online about Kojo Menne Asamoah. But, there are a few things.

    offshorealert.com/remove-details-of-david-kennedys-conviction-or-i-will-continue-to-disrupt-your-website-writes-hardpink-legal

On May 3rd 2024, OffshoreAlert (an investigative outlet that tracks and exposes fraud in high‑value offshore finance) published a government press release on David Kennedy’s £100 m Axiom Legal Financing Fund conviction. Three days later, its site was hammered by a DDoS attack. Three days after that (May 9th) Kojo Menne Asamoah sends a cease and desist to OffshoreAlert demanding the article about David Kennedy be taken down or they will “continue with disruption of your service”. The whole thing seems quite sloppy, email was sent from hardpinklegal@yahoo.com, and the letter contains “We expect confirmation of the removal of the article within insert reasonable timeframe, e.g., 48 hours” which they forgot to edit.

More importantly, there is no record of any such Hardpink Legal. There is however a record of “Hardpink Records LLC” registered in Los Angeles, at one of the addresses Drake’s legal team tried to serve him at.

He was sued in 2022 (still ongoing) by Austin Dunn, who owns 33 % of both Hardpink Records LLC and Plague Media Inc., claims co‑owners Kojo Asamoah and Colin Hutt siphoned about US $1 million in Plague cash to prop up Hardpink, pocketed Asamoah’s US $400 k personal publishing sale and most of a US $1.2 m masters‑catalog deal, then shut Plague down and launched a rival marketing firm, all without giving him his share.

On RipoffReport, he has 6 entries. ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/Kojo%20Menne%20Asamoah

    The titles are:

“Kojo Menne Asamoah Stole $2,000 From Me and Never Paid The Amount They're Supposed to Pay me Phoenix, Arizona”
“Kojo Menne Asamoah Talked to My Underage Daughter and Stole Money from Her”
“Kojo Menne Asamoah Scam & Fraud Miami, Florida”
“Kojo Menne Asamoah Shady Bitcoin Scammer Los Angeles, California”
“Kojo Menne Asamoah Stole over $300,000 Houston, Texas”
“Kojo Menne Asamoah Kojo, @Kojoa, Stole over $350,000 for a down payment for a property in Long Beach California Los Angeles CA”

The weird thing is that all 6 of these reports are in 2024. The first on April 13th, which lists Kojo at another address in LA that Drake’s legal team tried to serve him at. It accuses him of stealing over $350,000 for a down payment, although details aren’t given, the post just talks about his history of scamming and Ponzi schemes. Kojo actually seemed to reply to this one, stating “this report is a hoax and was created for defamation purposes.”.

Another is filed on May 9th, three on May 10th at 2:38 PM, 2:41 PM, and 4:34 PM, and the last one on May 16th. These reports have less detail and are more general, talking about various difference scams. One seems to be clearly AI-generated, but I think the first 4 out of 5 could all be from AI, they are all phrased weirdly. The May 16th one is quite different and details how he stole $2,000, promising to triple the money via trading Crpyto.

The weird thing is how all these align. May 9th Kojo sends the cease and desist, May 9th-May 16th 5 reports are filed about him on RipoffReport. “Family Matters” from Drake, which mentions Kojo, dropped on May 3rd. And the allegations in the lawsuit about his involvement with botting, would take place right after that, of course.

Pretty much all info on him is about him scamming someone. So him being involved in this lawsuit is quite interesting.

He's involved because Drake has been suspicious of him before NLU when he mentioned him on Family Matters.

That whole bar was accusing Top of manipulating the game and Kojo scamming Kendrick for bot streams.

Remember that kid kid interviewed? I'm not saying it's much credibility but he showed ak his bank statements from kojo and his marketing company.

Just a rough estimate, kojo runs a "marketing" firm that falsifies marketing invoices but uses bots in place of hard marketing and in turn uses the streaming numbers on paper as proof his marketing has results, he also pays certain pages above promo price to post certain things during the beef, I legitimately think he started darkkenny (just my own thoughts), interscope and top used him to push beef narratives and amplify NLU at first before it caught on culturally, it's also possible he did this fraudantly with tops blessing that's why he said good game after family matters. If they get his records and files it's gonna cause a massive fraud within interscope to be uncovered which also has implications on the next head of UMG.
