Honestly? I lost all my respect following this beef. Not during, Drake put up a formidable fight. But Drakes insistence to deny his L, and immediately trying to rewrite history— pivoting from IG trolling to the mysterious plottwist antics, launching a campaign with streamers, and SUING over the song— is just intolerable for me. We’re over a year removed from the beef, and yet Drake is still forcing this narrative while Kendrick is still eating off this extended victory lap. I’m big into sports, combat especially, and I just can’t stand when someone refuses to lose with grace. That’s my honest take. I used to appreciate Drake, not sure there’s even a chance for him to redeem himself with me at this point.
