I never saw them linking up as a sign of WATTBA2 tbh. It makes no sense to rush and make a sequel collab project when they have all the time in the world to make something incredible and Future already has like 4 projects lined up to drop, which he's likely finishing up right now.

I feel like Drake just happened to be in Miami where Future is and came through to record a verse or two for whatever he has coming out (seeing as Future has given him like 4 feature verses in the last 2 years). It seems like he's putting final touches to his next project so he had to secure the Drake feature(s). He'll probably have Lil Baby and all the other usual suspects on there as well. Drake probably laid something down for Lil Baby's next album as well.

Drake just dropped CLB. I don't see him dropping a new project for at least a couple months, if not longer. Seems like he wants to take this time to relax and have fun and you really can't blame him. He's more than earned it.

i disagree. this whole 🅿️ movement has transcended far beyond whatever anyone could expect. all have had #1 albums and/or singles in the last year or two so commercially they’re in demand. if they don’t do it this year, then yeah, pack it up
