Most people would rather hear that than another “I am a grown up professional!” rap album
i don’t even think it’s really drake’s content it’s just the production and length of the albums for the most part
like Her Loss’s production wasn’t really too good out of a handful of songs, but Drake’s rapping was way more engaging and just generally entertaining on the entire project, it’s a fun cool tape with some blemishes
his issue as of late has been stuffing his albums with a bunch of filler, pretty poor beat selection and phoned in verses
it’s crazy because that freestyle he dropped this year made me think he was gonna be really locked in for this project but it was just essentially the same old issues with a track here and there that are tolerable/good
