RBX didn't initiate this suit. I think Spotify has a whistleblower that fed the information to a top class action law firm and the firm found someone, RBX, to be the plaintiff (the face of the suit). This happens all of the time. Baron and Budd, the suing firm, is primarily a class action law firm and they often times seek out cases by investigations. Then they’ll find a victim willing to be the lead plaintiff. This lawsuit is serious AF.
