I thought he was referring to a lineup style execution where they on their knees facing the other way
That's one interpretation but the aesthetics and content of the video point to Drake having lots of cars and shooters to drive them. He mentioned in the previous bar that he will "drive by high school." The side by side you reference is something used in Chicago drill when you catch someone lacking/caught in traffic.
He also said "I'm touching road and I can't find you"
Similar to sicko mode lyrics. Where he's actively driving around, looking to deal with his opp.

Touch road means when he goes on tour.
One of my fav rap moments this year, so f***in smooth
The boy shoutin out my dad, cousin, AND uncle on one track
“Four in the cliz and one in the headie
Hand no shake, man, hold that steady
You man love pose with the ting for the picture, You man shoulda buss that ting already”
The Boy skating on this verse like he Yamaguchi
Anyone think it’d sound better with a hook or is it perfect the way it is?

No hook more bars would of been nice but this song is dumb hard
Touch road means when he goes on tour.
if I'm not mistaken touch road also means being/going outside, on the streets
This gonna be a bigger hit worldwide than it will be in America
It's always f*** Pitchfork, but they reviewed Only You Freestyle and had nice things to say about it.
Of all the styles Drake adopts, his ventures into UK culture have been the most seamless—his pair of Giggs collaborations on More Life come to mind. Like his Behind Barz freestyle and his Christmas Eve single “War,” “Only You Freestyle” finds Drake, with the help of scene staple Headie One, taking another swing at UK drill, and it’s best thing he’s made all year. It’s the rare Drake song, of late, not made to appeal to everyone. Instead of making a popular-music version of the scene, Drake completely immerses himself in it. You can tell how passionate Drake is about UK drill and the cultures that revolve around it. His references are specific, and his flow goes to territory where I’ve yet to hear Drake (he raps ahead of the beat on the song’s back half). And most importantly, Drake talks mean with the type of easy confidence that made If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late special. “Yo, Chubbs might jam this yute for a chain/And give it to a sweet one, called that Maya Jama,” he raps on an opening line that hasn’t stopped spinning in my head since I heard it. Drake’s got my attention.
