Has to be the album. I can't see Drake only playing a few songs and then being like ”full release September 18th.” It's all or nothing. Besides if he's only playing a few joints then why fly to NYC? He could play a few joints on IG live from the embassy.

Celebrated his bday there in NYC in 2014. Then the year prior he went for Beyonce’s album release where he even hopped on the 1s and 2s for a bit. Think he’s rented it out just because once too in 2016. They’re temporarily closed now bc of Covoid, the Times Square one at least, but of course Drake gets what Drake wants.

80% on July 4th (via Drake)
90% on July 29th (via Noel)

29 - 4 = 25 days
25 days = 10%
July 29th + 25 days = August 23rd
