I wouldn’t say that drake totally goes out of his way for the records but it’s clear from the Beatles lyric that it is something he cares about. One thing is objectively certain though, since the streaming era, whether he’s done what he does for streams, records, money, etc, we know he didn’t do it to make good music

I didn’t know it was that late, that’s pretty significant too. Obviously if Album cuts could chart then all beatles songs would have charted but I’d be more willing to take it seriously in that case rather than including his features. I’ve always felt like the stats including his features are pretty dishonest because it’s never mentioned or contextualized that so many of them aren’t actually his songs
