And hunger’s understated you can’t buy it. You can definitely hear the hunger in Drake’s earlier stuff especially his rapping
Now he’s rich and comfortable it doesn’t touch me anymore
Imo he was better when he wanted it not when he had it. But like I said you can’t buy that… Unless you’re Future during his goat run (I’m biased)
But if I’m gonna dig a lil deeper I think Future had more struggle in him from the trap and blowing up later so there’s more pain in him

future’s career arc is kinda like skepta’s. they both started making hard street music, went a little too mainstream, then came back making crazy hard projects. future’s GOAT run came because people doubted him after Honest so he had hunger from that
