Honestly what else can Drake rap about?

He's rapped about his baby mama situation

He's rapped about his come up and the lifestyle he's living now

He's rapped and sang about his love life

He's rapped about his enemies

He even rapped about being a Don in the Canadian Mafia

His subject matter would only change if he's planning on retiring on some 4:44 s*** but that won't happen anytime soon.

Nothing wrong with Drake criticism, but when the critique is just some shallow point that every other artist and them mom gets a pass for it becomes corny.

Like niggas will complain about Drake not rapping about anything but immediately bump some Young Thug or DaBaby soon after.

Just say you don’t like the songs. That’s perfectly acceptable.

There is definitely substance to the raps, you have a better case if you state that they sound more like formulaic rehashed versions of previous drake songs

I actually pointed out what I don't like The way I express myself can sound brash at times but it's an internet forum of mostly people in their early 20s, I think it's not that deep

Everything from him “kinda sorta” touching on topics to pontificating about his current thoughts on the rap game, it’s not compelling anymore.

Drake released two songs, neither of which offer anything by way of relatability or passion. He sounds tired and bored. Drake is my #1 artist across any genre but he really needs to keep these. He’s rapping and what he’s saying sounds good but it’s absence of substance.
