there's not going to be traditional concerts for many, many months in all likelihood. but music and musical enjoyment can't just pause for that time. those 6 week shows from his crib that were rumored from a user on here were a great start of an idea

Yeah, I would love to see it, but sales and streams still won’t be as good with COVID around. THEHOLYGHOST wrote in an another thread that people really aren’t listening to music that much while sitting around at home - Drake being one of the biggest artists out can’t afford to make mistakes that would lead him to lose sales while his peers wait for the right moment to drop.

Basically, a virtual tour or any experience of that sorts is an idea if Drake really decides to risk it and drop it very soon. Personally, I wouldnt be surprised if he doesnt drop until 2021

idk about the sales / numbers things. Drake has shown time and time again that he wouldn't compromise the music for sales. especially not adding ~3 songs to make Scorpion an official double disc album. he also didn't release merch bundles while they were still available, which he could've done up until last week and done MASSIVE numbers. if he really cared about numbers imagine what he would've done if he bundled a NOCTA x CLB x NIKE lineup with albums...... it would've been insane

but on streaming numbers yeah, I'm sure he wants the music to be heard. but he just can't wait forever. if I was him I would drop this album now and work on getting the NEXT album for the return of everything, because that timeframe is more likely to work out. no point in sitting on a finished album (if it is finished) for months and months and months. release it and keep moving; onto the next one
