Anyways, I knew Fantano was an all-out weirdo for anything related to Drake when he took shots at Drake's son's appearance and Drake hiding him/being a bad father. This happened early this year btw. It was so bad that his own fans were criticizing him for going at a child in the replies. He responded that he was going at Drake, not his child but then a few minutes later, deleted all the tweets as well as most of his critical tweets about Drake because Drake fans were picking them out and pointing out his obsessive pattern. He's since cooled down down on being overly critical about Drake on Twitter.

This is the first time he's ever acknowledged him in anyway and it's by liking a random post of a Drake meme on an account he doesn't follow.

It's more likely he doesn't know who is behind the account and just randomly liked the Drake meme from it than not.
