Drake B-Sides > Everybody else’s greatest hits.
crazy ass setlist
sht
Did @DTownBoogie get in
F*** no!! I was #2 in Sirius's stand-by line but that s*** was so unorganized. My mans with me knew the head security guard at the Apollo too but nobody knew who was running this s***. Sirius vs Apollo vs OVO. Right when the show started somebody from OVO came out to hand out tickets disregarding the stand by line Sirius had set up. Then that guy got pissed at something somebody in the crowd said to him and refused to hand out the rest of the tickets. I was really close to getting in right at the buzzer but missed out
Apparently at every other Sirius Apollo show they've let in people from the stand-by line because not everybody that won tickets shows up. But I guess tonight OVO had control of the tickets and did s*** different. Oh well the setlist wasn't what I wanted it to be anyway really. I've seen him perform most of those songs or will see him perform them this summer on tour
Still can’t believe this happened tonight
Holy fucj
dam no undergroundkingz
alright with all sincerity, i look at the list of songs and started watching clips, and really the show makes me feel like i would leave the show feeling deflated more than anything.
this comes from one of the biggest drake stans likely on this site. im not sure how many have seen him on as many tours as me.
one thing is playing choruses or one verse from songs. you can find my posts from even ktt1 days-- s*** is terrible. and the shorter and shorter he does it, it just feels even worse. i know its a western thing, and maybe in this day and age, its even welcomed. God forbid we commit to a song for more than 45 seconds. but overall, i would rather him not play a song at all than sing half ass over a 30 second backing track
two- it's crazy to see the iconic ass drake s*** is just....done. while yes, it's literally in the past, and why should anyone be subjugated to any period of their life for the amusement of someone else? STILL tho. i always appreciate when artists are self aware. let's not kid ourselves, you know? i think both parties enjoy it way more when they're both honest about what they expect.
next, the energy really doesn't seem to be there from the crowd. it general, just with the random public, it feels like he has triple the amount of fans of back then yet with a third less of enthusiasm for his music. i know the cool thing to do is hate on drake's dumb ass nowadays, but still, like i feel its really hard to find anyone that really f***s with him heavy-- particularly anyone that tolerates views and anything afterward.
anyway, in the end, s*** seems like my days of being a drake stan are dead as s***. dam.
Imagine tomorrow night.. the lights dim, the air feels different to the night before, the instrumental starts, the crowd quickly realizes the song playing is not Over My Dead Body, and then the curtains open and the following words reverberate across the room:
”Watch out for me I’m bout to glow”
Glow is a classic!
F*** a playlist bro you telling me nobody screen recorded the show?
I’m depressed that no one is posting this s***
F*** a playlist bro you telling me nobody screen recorded the show?
im sure one will come soon
peep bros ig stories and posts. he held it down tonight with the IG live session
The amount of people recording instead of just enjoying and the amount of VIPs / celebs probably stole from the atmosphere being better than it was (although it wasn’t bad ) .
Thought they were doing no phones smh

Yeah bro, totally one of the biggest Stans!
If Drake was going to do a real real B Sides concert, the tickets can't on sale to the general public.
My idea would be giving the tickets to WordOnRd and they sell the tickets to people who are like real fans.
Then he can perform Days In The East or The Ride and people would know the words.
