He specifically said he plans to drop it this summer and said it'd be dropping soon. I just needed him to say something about the album to give it life and he did. Makes no sense for him to delay it till August-October when he's already teasing the album's release in July. This ain't CLB that's getting delayed for several months due to multiple unforeseen circumstances or Views/More Life that he announced when he hadn't really started the main recording process for those projects. My guess is that he's done recording for the album and the finishing touches are being done right now.

I'm fully expecting him to drop on the 14th right now. Maybe he doesn't end up doing so but that's the date I've got him locked for right now.
