Drake works with people who aren’t necessarily popping a lot. They just gotta be in an interesting place creatively. Don’t know if chance is that right now

He almost certainly isn't on the album. Drake is the biggest rapper in the game. He doesn't need to leech off anyone but he tends to work with people when there's at least some interest in them, either from the general public or most times, when he discovers their music and they haven't popped off yet. Drake never worked with Post Malone, Juice WRLD or Cardi B when they were at their peak, but that's because he never felt the need to.

It's also not like he's got history with Chance like when he worked with Cudi on CLB (which was more of a way for them to publicly end their issues on wax).
