what do you think about this rollout? he still hasn't posted about it on IG etc right?

So far it seems he only cares about letting the hardcore fans know, which is pretty abnormal

I don't even think it's really promotion considering he's only feeding people who're really "Dialed In" to drake though, this definitely drake's weirdest album promo wise so far

Was hoping for this week but all likelihood indicates next week. If it doesn’t come next week then atp I don’t even care anymore I guess we’ll get it when we get it but the rollout was bad

Yeah that's fair but for those 2 projects Drake himself didn't let the nerds know himself tho right? that's what I mean that's so different this time. He told us 3 weeks ago about this album, but still hasn't posted about it on IG, meanwhile he talks about it every night on tour

I just think it's weird, especially with the whole ''old Drake'' angle he's going with. Seems like a regression in his thinking around his music and who it's for because years ago, he seemed to understand that giving people ''the old Drake'' wasn't something to shoot for because it was impossible.

I don't care for all the hyping up the album on stage because he isn't saying anything new and even if he was, he doesn't need to promo his album that way. Everyone who cares for Drake's music already knows he has an album titled For All the Dogs on the way at this point and anyone else who doesn't know will know whenever it's out so all that's really left for him to do now is to deliver said album as opposed to talking about it at every show.

It's not even a rollout, he's just repeating the same s*** at every show to get the crowd excited when he really doesn't have to do that s***. Those people are excited to just see him perform.

The hyping up of the album really only makes sense if it is dropping tonight. If it isn't (which seems to be the case), it makes zero sense going on and on about a forthcoming album that's weeks away from being released when all anyone really cares about is the music itself.

Very excited for this album. Feel like he’s going to go in a whole other direction again for this one. At least way different from CLB HM and HL

now i WILL say, that "old drake" thing he's going with is the corniest thing about the rollout to ME. but i'll wait to hear the music to understand what he means by that.
