Might be wrong but I have a feeling Drake will spend a considerable amount of effort pushing this album and he'd want to have some music videos ready to go for when it drops. He won't have any time to do that with his tour schedule so best case is he finishes up the tour/album, shoots some music videos so they're ready to go, gets the hype/promo machine back up and running and then announces a release date before eventually dropping the album, so think anytime from after tour ends in October till the end of November. I'm going with Nov. 15th.
But if he's planning to spend a considerable amount of effort pushing the album why did he say it's dropping in 2 weeks, 2 weeks ago?
plus not posting about it on socials this whole time etc. It really does seem like he wants this to be a surprise drop that the fans know is coming, just not precisely when. It's a weird one for sure
