ICEMAN40I’ve actually seen studies that show employees that work for companies that offer unlimited PTO ended up working more than employees that works at companies that didn’t. It creates this reverse psychology that there is zero disconnect from work.
There's gotta be some other kind of catch right? What's stopping people from taking 2 weeks off every month?

Performance based reviews. I mean I took off a whole month last year after tax season, but I got all my stuff done so my metrics were great. If you start taking off those blocks and your performance falls then a performance improvement plan might be coming your way.
