June - Drake drops a poetry book and claims he made an album to go with it. For All The Dogs. “Scan QR code daily for updates.”
July - Tour’s underway. He confirms the album is coming in the summer at several shows, says he’s heard it in full, and plans to drop in a few weeks. It did not arrive.
August - no update ever comes from that QR code s*** either but he does drop the album cover. Still saying “soon” at the shows, and now hopes the album will get us through our winters, and that the wait will be worth it.
September - ????
Drake never once said anything about scanning the dogs daily tho, we need to stop equating DrakeRelated Twitter with actual OVO team, it’s no different then gossip Twitter.
