FitzyDrake realizes when people say they miss his old s*** what they really saying is they miss the time period that came with that music. They miss familiarity and it's mixed with a sense of nostalgia.
So he's gonna bait you with some beat switches, moody late night music, maybe croon about an ex he doesn't actually care for anymore but YOU do, so you're gonna lap it up and be like "omg this is the Drake I missed he's back"
When in reality he was dropping heaters every year week in week out but you were stuck at home smoking weed and hardly growing so his growth was hard to understand
So he's dumbing himself down for YOU so you can appreciate the music and have a moment of happiness in your miserable life
