I’m the first one to push for artists to not be confined by their old sounds/music but the premise of him returning to an old sound that many of us grew up on and pushed us to be the fans that we are today sounded exciting. We obviously don’t know anything still so I’m still going to remain open minded but if this song is truly the single for the album then for me it does not inspire as much confidence as the former
