Don't know why Viet did so much to act like a new album was dropping but it did seem that way even from just the other some other people who have teased a Drake release before were acting.

Regardless, like I've said before, the only person who really knows when a Drake album will drop is Drake himself. Until he makes an announcement, nothing can be considered officially. Until that happens, it's all just speculation.
