macxwellman on ktt1 that s*** literally would NOT let me make an account and I guess I mentally gave up. I must have tried 100 times. During either drizzys or Kanyes album releases I came on this daily for months at a time. Ktt definitely changed the way I listen to music and the genres and styles that stick with me. What I find moat interesting after this long is how active this section is compared to Kanyes when it's go time. This is easily the spot to be if you're a drizzy stan
At some point it was clear that the Drake sxn was better than the Kanye side. I’ve been around since like 2010/2011. Honestly I think Vietbrah deserves most of the credit, he’s the only constant I’ve seen from the jump up to now.

I don’t understand but 🤷🏻♂️Largely depends on your goals, rather number of people end up with a family and other obligations in life, therefore derailing them from purchasing a home. Doesn't help with rising mortgage and interest rates, add in the foreign investors and AirBnB suckers swallowing the real estate market.
