S***addiction as an excuse for cheating just rings hollow and is an absolute BS reason, let alone cheating multiple times. But even taking that flawed excuse as true, I just can't get with the double standard in society and how no one has even batted an eye or acknowledged it. It's ok to be vulnerable about your shortcomings but at the same time don't expect people to not criticise you for it. Imagine Jorja Smith makes an album about how she cheated multiple times on a hypothetical partner due to addiction but she went to therapy and got over it and her partner has accepted it.
